Inside Sales Cold Caller

The Inside Sales Representative- Cold Caller is responsible for generating revenue, advancing the sales process, closing new business and meeting quota. The ISR will utilize our HubSpot CRM to reach business targets through telephone, email and webinars. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing and business development activities, providing vital input based on their interactions with prospects.

This is a chance of a lifetime for right candidate. Our product is new to the market and getting the word out there and closing business is job 1. Sky is the limit for whomever takes this role on. We imagine that this person will eventually lead a sales team of their own and help us take this company to the next level. 

Job Duties:

  • Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead. 
  • Make 75-100 outbound dials per day.
  • Carry a daily talk time if 120 minutes daily.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and drive sales from within client base.
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. (be coachable). 
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions. 
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
