Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate sales professional with a strong interest in technology. This motivated individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for Cyber Care software and services to small and mid-market companies. He or she will strive to exceed customer expectations and build solid long-term relationships by identifying and meeting customer needs. The inside sales representative is expected to convey a sense of expertise in the technological services and capabilities offered. 

Desired skill set matching the following;

  • 3+ years full sales cycle experience with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum 1 year of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
  • Preferred working knowledge of the real estate world
  • Enjoy working with technology and have the ability to learn technical areas of software related to sales
  • Excellent oral and written communication, analytical and problem solving skills, and multi-tasking skills
  • Persistence and willingness to learn and adapt on a daily basis
  • Exceptional customer service skills required
  • Polished phone presence

Other important qualifications include;

  • Self-starter and also willing to collaborate with a team
  • Experience selling both SaaS and on-premises application software
  • Sales and Marketing automation tools experience – Salesforce.com
